United States President Donald Trump has sparked reactions after describing rapper Nicki Minaj as “so hot” while introducing her during a luncheon at the White House Rose Garden.
In a video from the event that has gone viral on social media, Trump praised the award-winning rapper for her talent, describing her as a respected public figure and a close friend.
“We also have a woman that is respected and so hot. She is such a great friend, a fantastic person, a woman that is respected by everybody, and she’s got real talent; we have Nicki Minaj,” the president said.
Reacting to the event, Minaj shared photos from the White House on her X account, expressing her admiration for Trump.
“Whoa! #WhiteHouseBarbie with her favorite President of all time!” she wrote.
The latest appearance adds to the rapper’s growing association with Trump. Earlier this year, Minaj attended the Trump Accounts Summit in Washington, where she described herself as “probably the president’s number one fan,” saying she was unconcerned about criticism or public reactions to her support.
